Director – Retail Broking

Sam is an expert in professional indemnity insurance, providing advice and support to clients of all sizes. He has an excellent eye for detail and ability to explain complicated coverage points in a clear manner. Sam is responsible for staff development as well as managing a number of new and existing client relationships.

Simon Mason

Director - Head of Claims & Risk Management

Having had a 30 year career as a professional negligence lawyer, former DWF partner Simon heads up our claims and risk management approach. As a former solicitor, Simon is focused on improving the customer journey through clearly presented, excellent advice, and strategically aligned partnerships. His experience and enthusiasm is a real asset to all elements of our business operations, with colleagues, clients and insurer partners benefitting from his input, which greatly enhances the Brunel PI offering.

Carole works within the client servicing team, with clients benefiting from her expert market knowledge and strong relationship skills. Her focus is ensuring the needs of clients are being met daily, through exceptional service.

Ben Lewis

Associate Director - New Business

Ben is an expert negotiator who is passionate about finding clients the very best solutions for their insurance needs. Whether it's improving coverage positions, or securing premium savings, Ben will leave no stone unturned in his approach for insureds. Ben is as likely to be out seeing clients at their offices as he is to be in the market negotiating with insurers, but he still finds time to pass on his knowledge to junior staff through our mentorship and leadership initiatives.

Chris Ladkin ACII

Group Chairman

Chris is a key part of the management team, having been a board director of various other insurance brokers over the last 30 years. He is responsible for advising the board and looking after key clients.

Siobhan Moore

Director - Group Finance

Siobhan heads up our Accounts Team and is responsible for all functions of our accounting department, from collecting and paying Insurer money to the management of accounts.

Sally Cutler

Director - Operations

With an extensive background of more than three decades in insurance and financial services, Sally operates from our Bristol headquarters. In this role, she assumes responsibility for supervising the Group's Operations, Marketing, HR, and IT, as well as effectively managing the broader Operations & Marketing Team. Additionally, Sally serves as the Executive PA to both the CEO and the Managing Director.

Group Business Development Manager

Approaching two decades of experience in financial services, Rich has held a variety of roles, including running his own financial planning firm. As our Group Business Development Manager, his main focus is driving the business forward, representing the Group as a cohesive entity. Away from the office you'll find him on the golf course or in the mountains.
