Brunel Group has achieved an ‘outstanding’ rating for workplace engagement following a survey hosted by Best Companies Ltd. Employees of Brunel Group took part in a company-wide ‘b-Heard’ survey, which recognises and rewards businesses for excellent engagement.
For the fourth year running, Brunel has been awarded the sought-after 2* accreditation achieved only through an ‘outstanding’ commitment to workplace engagement. Following this, the Group has also been placed in three prestigious Best Companies lists, nationally, regionally and within the industry.
Alongside the ‘outstanding’ achievement, Brunel Group’s high score has seen them listed on ‘The UK’s 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For 2021’, ‘The South West’s 50 Best Companies to Work For 2021’ and ‘Insurance’s 10 Best Companies to Work For 2021’.
The overall results are a true testament to the dedicated teams with Brunel Group and highlight the growth and successes the Group has seen over the past year, despite being faced with the Pandemic. In just over 2 years the Group has gone from strength to strength following 5 acquisitions and a brand-new office opening.

Their ‘outstanding’ achievement in the Best Companies survey also comes in the same year that Brunel Insurance Brokers successfully renewed their Chartered status by the Chartered Institute of Insurance, being recognised again for its commitment to client service and industry knowledge and expertise.
