It has been a flying start to the year for Brunel Insurance Brokers Ltd following the results of a recent telephone survey which has received an astounding response from its growing base of commercial and personal lines clients.
At the end of 2020 Brunel’s customer service team called all Brunel Clients asking for feedback on service. The results saw an overwhelming 92% of clients who took part rating Brunel as ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’.
Receiving this outstanding feedback after a tough year for so many speaks volumes to Brunel’s expertise, attention to detail and dedication to impeccable client service, regardless of complexity.
They have remained steadfast in weathering through the pandemic, continuing to support clients and staff whilst keeping them up to date with any market changes.
In December 2020, Brunel Insurance Brokers further expanded their presence throughout the UK with the opening of Brunel Group House in Stockton. Through this latest venture they have extended their client base, enabling them to better meet the needs of their new and existing northern clients.
Brunel also recently announced its latest venture with the acquisition of Inman & Associates, a significant and well-respected insurance broker based in Coventry. This acquisition is the second by Brunel Insurance Brokers within a two-year period, following that of Glentworth Insurance Services in March 2019. Since its founding in 1985, Inman’s client base has grown substantially with a significant bias towards commercial customers.
By combining resources, the acquisition enhances the position of Brunel Insurance Brokers as one of the leading privately owned, independent, national insurance brokers. Inman’s insurance expertise and strong market relationships will be instrumental as Brunel further extends its services to new and existing clients. The incredible response to this campaign complements Brunel Insurance Brokers’ Chartered status, awarded to them by the Chartered Institute of Insurance. To achieve this status they underwent rigorous independent assessment, looking at criteria such as the levels of professional qualifications held individually by their staff, as well as their commitment to ethical good practice.
Russell Lane, CEO of Brunel Group, said “Brunel Group are delighted to receive such outstanding feedback from our clients for another year running. We are passionate about growing and improving our services wherever possible and value client feedback greatly. Throughout the pandemic, our team have worked tirelessly to support our clients, excelling in the service provided to achieve a seamless renewal in difficult times. This excellent feedback enhances our position as a client-centric broker.”
Brunel Group’s clear and effective strategy has earned them a substantial track record of success and a loyal client base which continues to expand, backed by incredibly positive feedback.
